Ross Dress for Less

This location is horrible. Customer service is terrible. Loss prevention is over baring and everyone is a threat. I've seen loss prevention harass clients over this and that only to find out oops they were wrong. God forbid you bring in more than a purse or jacket with you as they start watching you like you've already stolen. Cashiers are less than friendly and rather rude and demining. Clothing room attendants vary in friendliness. Most of the time they resent being at post and you often have to hunt someone down to find them. I'd probably buy more if you were allowed more than 8 garments in the changing room. If you want to buy more than what's allowed in the changing room it must remain out front and 9 out of 10 times they are put back before you are even done. The security tags are a pain to remove. You must go stand in line and wait like everyone else to remove them. The cashiers harass you about it and make you wish you didn't even come up to get it removed. Store is dirty, run down and unorganized. Staff run away from clients on aisles and there is zero customer service to speak of.nnThe customers lack common courtesy and often just plow past you rudely and don't even apologize for it. Mothers will let their toddlers play with the toys and leave what ever mess they made on the floor for staff to pick up. Moms will allow their children to watch videos on their phone really loudly to the point where it's disrupting what ever area they are in the store.nnThis location no longer gets my business. I will pay a bit more for merchandise that doesn't fall apart after 30-60 uses and fits correctly and isn't a second. I generally don't fill out surveys but the past few times I was in here I started filling them out. I generally do honest surveys but if there's no reason to give five stars then I say it.nnWhen this location first got put in they had customer restrooms. Some how the customers lost them. The door where it generally is in the store is just a painted over wall. You can still see the cut out where it use to be. Some how clients lost the privilege.

5 stars for low prices. -4 stars for so called security officers following me around the store and looking in my basket and almost brushing into me. They've let me keep the hangars at other Ross department stores even this one that I shop to from time to time before, and if that wasn't enough some pompous cashier boy asks me to put my hanger on the the nearby hanger rack as if I work for him and he has any business giving me orders in the 1st place. I'm 54 years old and I'm not going to be directed or told what to do especially while I am the shopper. It's not my job to put hangers back for you people, place needs a customer service overhaul, next they will be asking customers to scrub the toilets for them after you tnkle

They have great stuff if you're new to town and want to organize and decorate your new home. I wish they would enforce PROPER mask wearing (over nose AND mouth) a bit more, but I'm sure they can only do so much.

Got some great deals AND had a nice, relaxing shopping spree right before closing. Life is good, despite Cancer. Truly blessed and God's grace and mercy is always sufficient.

It is not for me ,first they don't give the information you need for help. It took a lecturing on ettiqete and professionalism from me just to find they can't search for item by UPC. In today's market that's a must plus it doesn't help that a senior sales associate doesn't know the names of popular product
