The price I was charged is outrageous. I paid 270 to get my taxes done last year. This is my first time with H and R Block and the last. The forms used are just fill in the blanks why $548 too much not happy. Very disappointed that you guys would charge that. I should not have paid and went some where else.

The tax software used seems to work well but most of all the personal experience with the H&R block Tax Analyst was exceptional.
