I want to extend my appreciation to attorney Chris Tunney for resolving my issue ( used navigation on handheld device while driving ) .nGiven my mvr currently has extensive history of violations , I really couldn't afford to have any more on record.nCommunicated all thru email and phone , result - non point outcome with a monetary penalty and quite reasonable lawyer fee for NY !nStay out of trouble folks !

Received a moving violation on the I360 North. Reached out to Mr. Tunney's office and he immediately took control of the situation and is handling it in a very professional and friendly manner.nnNo one wants to be pulled over for a traffic violation, especially when you're not guilty, however if that does happen to you, be represented by a local and professional attorney who handles it all.
