Definitely not your average repair shop. A very welcoming environment the moment you walk through the door. Due to my engine breaking down, I couldn't drive it to get repaired and they were too far away for my roadside assistance so they sent a driver and trailer to come pick up my truck. After getting it back the Tech at Quest quickly found the problem and what had caused it and unfortunately I needed a new engine. They even gave me a discount on replacing the transmission that was failing because of the amount of work they were already doing. I had a limited budget and they worked with me on payments to get the work done.

I purchased an 04 Subaru Legacy from Quest 4x4 in south Corning. Right from the start I appreciated how upfront Jason was when talking about the vehicles past. He was willing to work with me on the price even though the car was in fantastic condition. The staff were wonderful in making the purchase quick and painless. They gave me a nice warranty along with a few free oil changes and detailing.

This has to be illegal for these people to try and ruin the lively hood of this family!! Not only is it disgusting but totally immoral. Jason and Christina are some of the hardest working, caring and honest people I know. I would absolutely take any one of my vehicles to them for work. They did a great job bringing my old Disco back to life. Unfortunately I lost my temper when they told me the fuel pump was bad. Jason quickly got on the phone and walked me through the problem and explained why it had failed. I can't say sorry enough to the young woman who called me with an update. I know it's got to be hard to tell people they have to put more money into a vehicle. In my line of work, I have to frequently deal with difficult customers, Iand I was very impressed how well they worked with me when I became that guy.

The people that are leaving the one star reviews are clearly people who should spend more time on their education as well as finding another job.... ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f Jason is a very hard working individual and so is his wife. To me, it looks like there are more good comments from ACTUAL customers!
