Terrible, mess up the order every time I go there. Tonight they forgot the coleslaw and filled up my large Mac and cheese container a quarter of the way. Never going back again to this location very disappointed.

Horrible, by 7 pm on a Friday night they are out of so many things. I have run into this on several occasions. How do you run out of Chicken & Mac-n-Cheese telling your customers you not going to be making anymore on the busiest day of the week. Though I haven't been in the lobby recently because of Covid, when I was last there it was disgusting. Extremely poor management for sure.

Showed up before the dinner rush, 1/2 the order was wrong! Live to far away to just turn around to fix it. Don't try calling to complain, the phone is picked up and immediately hung up.

Love KFC but the Wings I got yesterday I was not impressed at all...they were dried out and so tough...Guess KFC definitely is NOT the KFC that I remember growing up...

Quick and easy dinner plans.nThere wasn't the normal wait, so that impressed me. Sometimes your there for 10-15+ min, which is discouraging.nOrdered the new Mac and cheese bowl and a $5 fill up box. Didn't receive the cookie though.nThe new sweet lightning mountain dew was very delicious, not as good as the Baja, but was refreshingnnStaff was very professional and friendly.
