I had to compare this with Catskill's BK... and this is the clear victor of that battle. The food tasted so fresh it was astonishing. The fries were delicious; crispy and just the right amount of salt, and the burgers actually tasted like a grilled burger. Plus, the lady at the drive thru was so energetic and kind that it made the experience much better!

This BK is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food seems fresh and other times cold with stale bread. I would say 90% of the time it’s not good. My husband is a big BK fan and we used to love going to BK at other locations and they were always good and since we moved here we haven’t been wanting to go as much because almost every time we’re disappointed. With so many other fast food places on this street, it’s easier to avoid going here. Also they do occasionally mess up the orders but when you speak to them in person or on the phone, they’re pretty good about fixing it.

I stopped here on the way to Cooperstown on a Sunday afternoon. Drive through was slow but food was good.nStopped by two days later at 6:50am and they weren't open yet. Someone at least said so on the drive through speaker. Not open before 7am? WTFBK?

I was very disappointed, I don't order my Whopper with cheese and bacon very often but it is a tasty combination. I asked for the two for five deal with no onions, cheese, and bacon on both. I got one with onions and no cheese and no bacon, and one with onions cheese but no bacon. As I said I was very disappointed because I was on the road today and could not turn around to correct it.nnI would appreciate a refund for the mistake that was made. It was $8 and something. $5 for the burgers and then the up charge for the cheese and bacon which was missing
