Delicious and fresh. My only qualm is the protein options for salad. I like my salad with warm protein. I’ve ordered 3 different salads, first with chicken which was fine cold cause it’s chicken even though it’s not the way I prefer it. The second I tried the salmon on my salad. I couldn’t even eat it. It had a large piece of salmon but it was ice cold which (sorry to say) was disgusting (I’m sorry but cold salmon?? Definitely not a fan) and the salad I tried today I added “steak” to which turned out to be roast beef you could buy at a deli on top, again ew. I guess I’ll have to search elsewhere to find a nice salad with freshly cooked warm/hot protein because clearly I will not get that when ordering a salad here. Other than that the other ingredients, salad dressings and the smoothie I tried were delicious. I would suggest they invest in a grill if they are going to offer these proteins for salads, freshly cooked is definitely better than refrigerated and thrown on top.

I just had this for the first time and I am a forever customer. My family eats clean healthy food and I'm excited to have this option on my busy days. The grain bowls are absolutely delicious!!

Our first time going to the new Bowled in Malta. It was outstanding. As others have stated: fresh, delicious and delightful. We are not big eaters and the amount of food was perfect. We even had some leftover. We’ll be back!! So excited to have a healthy, creative choice.

Ordered two salad bowls. Wasnt the best amount we've seen from salad place but it was delicious. Surprisingly, wasn't as hungry after as we thought afterward.
