This is a typical McDonalds but this one specifically has a play place so this sets this McDonald's from the other ones.
So I went to this McDonald’s to get my kids some food. I’m just going to get straight to the point. I am very disappointed because if I am going to order my kids some food, I want the food to be fresh. Meaning their food should be hot not cold and not old. McDonald’s is a popular fast food restaurant so I would expect more from them. I will not be buying any more food from this place or probably any other McDonald’s in this area because there food be nasty, cold, and old!! I don’t care what time of day it is customers do not deserve to have food that has been sitting under a light for hours be served to them. Especially if they have worked really hard for the money that they are spending at this place. I don’t k ow what’s going on with the fast food chains in this world. But they need to get it together!
Run by the teenagers from the local high school, cant even fill up a large fry more than 2/3rds.
Their quality of service. My whole order was messed up and stuff was missing. I just think that before the pandemic the service was better. It's like a bunch of teenager are their, but they act like their put out and board their is no urgency in them. So when got home and look at my food and see it's all wrong and was not going back at that point. It's happening alot lately so check your food before you leave the parking lot.
