EDIT: I am unable to find a way to respond to the owner of this business so I am editing here in response to his message.nnI DID NOT have ANY opportunity to return my RV to your business because, and I made this very clear, I'm a full timer and had no choice but to leave upstate NY for the coming winter. You require appointments and I can't very well make one when nobody answers the phone or returns messages, can I? That's why I called in the first place, and the second and the third... then I put a letter in your mailbox, then I sent a letter.... etc. NO RESPONSE at all to any of that. I even called a phone number associated with your HOME address. No response to that either.nnAlso....I have health issues requiring surgery (May 2021) that prevents me from packing the RV up, hooking up the car and then doing it all over again and again and again over just a few days time. If you'd read ANY of the letters I sent you, you'd be aware of that. If anyone would answer the phone and/or return messages (I've left several) that would have been good too, but you didn't. That certified letter I sent should still be at the PO if you want to go get it. It's set to be returned to me on Nov. 9 if nobody picks it up.nnMy complaints are true as PER THE PHOTOS ATTACHED. I just bought the RV in April this year and the dealer I purchased it from can attest to the fact that NONE of the problems I have now were there before you worked on it. I can also dig up the photos of the rig from the dealership to prove the damages were not there at time of purchase.nnYOUR SHOP is the only one who's worked on anything other than the roof and the roof didn't require anything that would damage the sides or slides of my motorhome since the day I drove it off the dealer lot.nnI cannot drop the RV off because I'm in NC for the winter but you guys knew I was leaving the state so that's why you didn't respond. As a FL resident you probably assumed I'd just go back to FL and you'd never see me again but it hasn't turned out that way, has it? Go pick up the certified letter for more information.nnAnd yes, everything that's wrong with the RV now IS directly related to the work your people did. You replaced the seals on my RV... see the photos below. There are saw marks where the old seals were apparently cut off... see the photo directly in line with that below.nnIn view of the fact that I was unable to reach ANYONE by phone or LETTER on multiple occasions I wouldn't trust you to fix anything.... you caused more damage then the work I requested and when you can't reach someone to fix something that isn't right, that's NOT a reputable business.nnBy now you are aware I filed a complaint with the BBB and when I get back to NY I expect to look into small claims court. I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix the damages your people did and again... I HAVE PICTURES and a sound recording of the slide issue that wasn't there before.nnI was fighting homelessness since Feb. 2012 until the day I picked this RV up after winning a disability case and this is MY HOME. This is all I have in the entire world and I spent my last dime at your place and then couldn't reach anyone to fix it. You are NOT a reputable dealer. Not by a longshot.nn*****************************************************************nnDO NOT go to this dealer for anything. I spent $3,289.20 there for work to be done on my Class A motorhome and they not only did very shoddy work but caused damages to my RV that will require body work to fix. Since then I have not been able to reach ANYBODY at all at the shop to make things right. I HAVE PICTURES!!!!!! Can't track down the owner (JEREMY J. FURGASON) and I've even sent a certified letter with return receipt and they will not go pick it up. They take your money and then don't want to hear from you again. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!nnThere are FOUR photos attached that somehow aren't showing.

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first camper after many years of tent camping. After a horrifying experience at Alpine Haus, we were referred to Jeremy at Upstate RV. We loved multiple units, and with Jeremy's help we found one that met all of our needs in our towing capacity. If you're looking for a clean, quality RV at a reasonable price, definitely visit Upstate RV Center!

Can't be any better then it was before reading all the customer complaints that are never acknowledged

My wife and I bought the Crossroads Sunset Trail recently and we are absolutely thrilled with the purchase. Not only did they go over everything inside and out and made the process a pleasure but since we aren't in need of the camper until May they are storing it for us until them. What a pleasure to deal with and they definitely put our mind at ease during the purchase process.

I had an issue with my awning on my horse trailer. I called all the big RV places and got a total runaround. Most never returned my call. I was ready to give up when I came upon Upstate RV. I called and they got me in the next day! It was just in time for an outing in 90 plus degree weather so I was very appreciative! Everyone on the phone and those I met in person were extremely nice, professional and accommodating. I'll definitely call them again if the need arises.
