I thought everything was great at this location. Then I went to another location in fulton county found out that I was overcharged by $560 for a working class employee and that there was different worry free guarantee packages that I had no clue about. I kinda fewl ripped off at this location and will be going to the fulton county location for now on.

They are the best I called there customer service for help the best they are great ive referred thdm so many times

Glad it worked out for the other reviewer, however in my case, it's just the opposite. Nearly six weeks after filing (supposedly), my state return still can't be located by NYS. I've stopped by the office, called the office and was promised a return call...still no sign of resolution. Luckily, my credit card company is helping me dispute the $340 filing fee.
