This place is the best in the business. Timely, professional and honest. Whenever I need service for my vehicles, I drive almost an hour just to go to Metric Motors because of their topnotch service, fair pricing and customer service. I have not had a single bad experience here over the past five years of coming to Metric Motors.

-nThe whole staff is terrific, very polite, friendly and courteous. There is no pressure to buy or fix anything extra. Their recommendations are offered but their is no pressure for a customer to do more than the person wants to. The prices are more than fair and the work is done correctly, the first time. I would and have recommended Metric Motors many times for quality work.

Bought a set of wheels and had an alignment preformed. The staff is quite friendly, the shop/waiting area are both keep quite clean and they seem to have a lot of clients.nnHowever the technicians are not the most experienced and there finished product reflects that. I watched them do some work and talked to other customers, it is clear most of there technicians are not seasoned nor highly skilled.nnI had an alignment done and they identified a part that needed replacement before they could finish the alignment. They were nice about it and showed me, let me pay and replace that part myself. However be careful and look at the bill before you pay. I almost had to pay for a 4 wheel when I told them a two wheel only. I came back a few days later and had them finish the alignment then they attempted to charge me again after they told me last time they couldn’t do it and they’re finish it when I came back. Luckily I had all the paperwork still in my pocket. Then I got on the highway and instantly noticed that the alignment was pretty much the same as it was. I looked at the paperwork of the exact alignment specs and written on it is “as good as it gets”. I preceded to do the homemade string alignment afterwards and made it much better so no, that was not as good as it gets.nnI then proceeded to put the tires on I bought from them only to find out one is popped and ruined so now I need to buy two more.nnLong story short if you need work on your car done they can do it, but I would personally not recommend using them if you don’t have to.

To my tech for their professionalism and promptness and to the whole staff!nI recommend calling ahead or scheduling, they can get busy but are always accommodating!
