You want 3 things when scheduling auto repair: an appointment ASAP, efficient work with good customer service, and a fair price.nFly Creek and Staffin were both booked out for multiple weeks and I needed an appointment quickly. Bill's got me in the next day.nnThe work was efficient and they even took the time to show me how to service the car myself, which is not something you get at a lot of auto repair shops. Now I know how to check my transmission and change my oil.nnLastly, the price was very fair for parts and labor all told. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. 5 stars!
If I could figure out how to 0/5 stars I would. I dropped but my car off SEVEN WEEKS AGO exactly and they were supposed to call back the next day with an estimate. I’ve called every single week and still “no estimate we’re really busy” but one of the times they told us that they already replaced something without permission or having given us a price before it was done. They’ve had literally one week short of TWO MONTHS and haven’t don’t ANYTHING. Poor way to conduct a business and I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. I’ll be picking up my car in two days. Do not go here.
They have been awesome every time I go in! They have been honest with my whole family about our cars. I highly recommend this repair shop to everyone! You won't be disappointed!!! :D
