This rating has nothing to do with the product of this establishment. It has everything to do with the fact that you cannot access this establishment unless you have a motor vehicle. I understand the issues with covid-19 but as an individual with visual impairment that does not enable him to drive I was unable to purchase anything at this establishment. I arrive there by foot and you cannot use the drive-thru on foot
My order was incorrect and Amy the manager took care of it replacing the whole meal and everything was warm and perfectly made that's the proper way to establish pure excellence thank you Amy your management skills are top notch.
Terrible customer service. Amy took my order and didn’t get anything correct. She gave me attitude and didn’t even acknowledge my question just shut the window on my face. I got home and didn’t have my sauce I asked for or even straws. My burger was burnt and the Spicy sandwich tasted like trash. Amy needs to have better customer service skills. I do not recommend coming here.

Much better than the location on Brewerton Rd by Aldis. Thank you for reinstating my faith in customer service and quality of food. It was sooooo good.
