I've always had a strong interest in parkour/free running and gymnastics. I was pretty excited when I learned about the 3 week adult class trial available at Fusion Parkour.nnNathan (instructor) and all the fellow students are very welcoming and you can feel the supportive energy for everyone of all skills and abilities. Nathan has a special skill for explaining concepts and movements so you are able to physically and mentally understand what is going on.nnFor anyone that is looking to discover something new, push your limits in a safe and encouraging environment, I would recommend Fusion Parkour.nnP.s. I have not joined due to some issues of timing, but its a blast.

What a great place! My son loves going! Staff are very supportive and super friendly. My son has ADHD and he is able to release some of his energy there.

My son has been part of the Parkour Fusion family from the moment they opened their doors. This is great program and there’s not a lot like it around Syracuse. Highly recommend!

I loved my time there! Great place and great instructors!! No previous parkour experience necessary to start. They will teach you everything from the very beginning. Honestly this is great for all ages don't think it's just for kids or teens. Some of the happiest and quickest learners are the adults. Diversify your fitness portfolio with Fusion Parkour!

My daughters and I have felt so welcome here and live for training days. The curriculum is awesome and the instructors are so friendly, funny, and focused. As a homeschooling family we appreciate the daytime programs, and all the kids are great! Love how clean and safe the facility is and the different approaches to fitness and movement. I've been enjoying the adult class for the camaraderie, utter silliness, and safe environment to challenge our fears and learn how to overcome obstacles both in the 3D world and in our minds. Would give 6 stars if I could!
