I had the easiest/best experience shopping for my wedding dress at New York Bride & Co. Syracuse in October 2020! My consultant was super sweet and patient with me as we navigated dress shopping during a pandemic, with so many unknowns on the horizon for our wedding. They also recommended a seamstress to me who is local to make fittings super convenient. I highly recommend for both the selection of dresses and the kindness of the staff!

I went to New York bride about 3-4 times to look for a wedding dress and each time everyone was so helpful ! I was having such a hard time making a decision and they remained positive and were so helpful! When I finally found my dress everyone was so excited for me! They were great with helping me choose someone to get alterations from and then the week before my wedding I dropped off my dress to get steamed! I also went to NY Bride for my bridesmaids because they have such a wide selection of dresses! I wanted to give my girls the option of the same color but different styles. I had 8 bridesmaids and a junior bridesmaid and every single one was able to find a dress! We had a great experience with NY Bride !

Purchased my dress for my 2012 wedding. I had a great experience as I went in there knowing exactly what dress I wanted. The clerk was able to look it up and found it right away for me. I didn’t even want to look at any other dress. When she pulled it for me she had to remove the shipping tags still as it was a brand new dress they had just got in. The dress fit perfect and I was in love. Unfortunately to order a new dress it would not have been ready till after my wedding date ( 7 months) so I offered to take the one on the floor as it was brand new and I was the only one who tried it on. They spoke to the manager and agreed to let me purchase. My brides maids also all picked out their dresses and they all came in with needing little alterations. I hope to someday shop with my own girls for their weddings here.

I couldn't have had such a great experience without my awesome consultant Ezmira. They were very welcoming the moment I walked through the doors. The bridal shop was super clean and the staff were beyond helpful and met all my bride needs. I highly recommend for any future brides!!

I had the most perfect bridal experience one could ask for with the help of Nancy and Cheryl! The experience was amazing and not in the least bit stressful. I found my dream dress and there were so many to choose from! Nancy and Cheryl made my day so special and perfect I can’t thank them enough ❤ufe0f Cant wait to get married now!
