Hello! I purchased a pre-owned certified 2017 Lincoln MKZ in August from Drivers Village Warehouse. I LOVE THE CAR!!! I had it in for service shortly after to reprogram it back to factory settings. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Friendly from the get go. WELL, yesterday my battery was dead. I called Lincoln Roadside and someone was here within the hour to charge the battery. They did say if I shut the car off it may not start back up so the next day (today) I should get it towed to Burdick to have the battery checked . So this morning I called Roadside around 7:30am and got the process started to get the tow into the dealer. I spoke with I believe Ashley and she got me an appointment for 12:30pm today. Wonderful. The tow gets here and takes the car at 8:45 am (Pascarellas). When I didn't hear anything around 2:30pm I called Burdick. Jamie, as always, was so wonderful. He has amazing customer relations skills and great knowledge of my vehicle and all the ins and outs. When I talked to Jamie he said the car hadn't come in yet. I was like, not into the shop yet and he said no, my vehicle was NOT there. OH MY GOD. So I called Pascarella's and they said they took my car 90 MILES AWAY to Laduke Ford in Vestal. She told me I had to call Roadside again. So I did...Lincoln Roadside was again GREAT! SO I called Jamie back and told him the story. It was so crazy that we had to laugh, but I was so upset after having a bad day. Jamie said he could get me into a loaner which was awesome, but I forgot I am still in quarantine from returning from a trip in a hot state. I then told him I have no one to bring me to pick it up when it's done tomorrow or whenever. He said he would get it taken care of so they could drop it off at my house, in Fayetteville. I was so appreciative to him. In just this one day he has gone above and beyond to help me. I have NEVER had such good service at a dealer. He deserves props for all that he does. I love my Lincoln and I love Burdick Lincoln. I will ALWAYS recommend you guys!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP, JAMIE!!!
