Sales staff had the car clean, running, and warmed right by the door for me to test out for my appointment. Polite and professional staff. Felt safe related to Covid, things. Shields on counters, everyone masked appropriately. Easy staff to work with, I felt respected and appreciated.

Audi Cicero was great to deal with. I bought a 2021 TTRS. They were able to get me an allocation for this car and let me order r to my spec. The car arrived when they expected. I only had a few phone calls and emails to the dealer until the day I picked the car up. Perfect experience!

Test drove a Q5 twice. Was told I’d be sent email with value of my trade in and any April incentives. Never received information. Sent email reminder......crickets! Apparently they don’t really need to sell cars. Communication/follow through a failure.
