Burdick Used Car and Truck Warehouse

In June of 2020 we purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion. We like the car very much. It has ran great and we were satisfied with the deal we got with Burdick. We appreciated how Burdick handled the process of meeting with them in lieu of Covid-19 restrictions. The sales person we dealt with at the time did a good job in being helpful to complete the deal. One down side was after we purchased the vehicle we found out it was in an accident. I questioned the sales person at time of delivery if he knew about this. He said he did not and apologized. I take him at his word. Fortunately, so far, there have been no repercussions with the car being in an accident. I recommend that when a used car is purchased use an independent source to find out if the car has been in an accident or if there is some issue. I am in no way saying Burdick knew about this and tried to hide it. I take them at their word. I was just a little disappointed.

I have never been there but I accidentally scheduled service for my Kia which I thought was the one on 31. I was dealing with Sandy and found out it was the incorrect dealership. She went out of her way to make sure I was all set and did what she could to help me. She texted me many times to help me out. Unfortunately I needed to schedule with the dealership on 31. I want to commend Sandy for all her effort. People are quick to complain on reviews and I would like to rate a top notch employee. Highly recommend her. When I am in search of a new car, I will be going to her first. Thank you again Sandy!

Josh was awesome. There were a few hiccups when it came to picking up my car but they out in the effort to make sure it was ready to go. Had some issues shortly after the purchase, with one phone call everything had been set up to bring the car back in. The problem was resolved without penalty to myself, and they even provided me with a nice courtesy car. Overall a good experience and a team that was dedicated to making sure I was a satisfied customer.
