Went to Driver's Village to look at a truck, had Jim as my sales person and he was GREAT! Driver's Village offered me more for my trade-in that any of the previous dealerships I visited. Driver's Village also did a great job of breaking down the financing so that I knew exactly what I was paying. Also ensured I was happy, had an issue with the top console being loose and they fixed it no questions asked. Test drove the truck on Tuesday night and picked it up that Saturday morning, could not be happier with Driver's Village!nnSide note: Everyone there is SO nice. If you are standing there they ensure to stop and ask if you are being helped. Loved the environment.

Wow — what a crazy experience, but a good one at that! I never knew Drivers Village just bought your vehicle, even if you don’t buy from them?! Walked in and was welcomed immediately & ended up dealing with Ryan Marchewka (Sales Consultant) he was so friendly & kind! They then brought my Explorer in and I told them what I’d like to get for a price & they delivered it the first round — so insanely impressed! The transaction went perfectly smooth & fast! Fantastic experience— thank you all so so much!!

My wife and I just leased a new Mazda . The sales person Ariana has a lot to learn . Our deal was basically a “free deal “ for as everything had been worked out with Matt the sales manager . Matt was great ! Ariana was not . She doesn’t know her product and called me rude for asking how an option in our new car worked . Very strange . She told me our car didn’t have a remote start when in fact it did and so does every single vehicle that is equipped with the premium package . Ariana could care less that the vehicle wasn’t cleaned for delivery or if we understood any of the options on the car . When I told her that I was on the phone with an agent from Mazda , she continued to proclaim that our vehicle didn’t have the option that I needed help with. . I wonder how many customers she has lost by being snarky and not knowing her product ? Seems like someone needs to be trained in the benefits of being nice to people and product knowledge . There is quite a few more details to Ariana’s mis steps and lack of care .

Been working with Samuel Hersam at Drivers Village for 15 years, always a great experience. He always finds the best option for my auto needs and I have always been satisfied with my auto choice. Always use the Mitsubishi Service and Tina never misses a service detail. Happy happy.
