Josh Squires was incredible!! He was patient through my millions of questions and changes in what I wanted. He found us exactly what I wanted and worked to make the deal as good for us as possible. He even spent all day on the phone with the insurance company to get the cards correct. I hope everyone has as good of a sales person as we did!!! We love our new truck!!! Fantastic experience!!!

My experience at Driver's Village started out 6 years ago when I leased a 2015 GMC from Bob Caggy, then I leased a 2017 and two days ago I leased a 2020 Equinox all of these from Bob. I keep going back to Bob because he's a great salesman. He' not at all pushy but always trying to get his customer the best deal. He's more than patient with his customers and very knowledgeable about the qualities of each and every car. He's a great salesman. He understands his customers and their financial situations and does the very best he can to satisfy them in their adventure at Driver's Village. That is why I go back to Bob whenever I change cars. He's worth more than 5 stars but that is all I am allowed to give. Thank you Bob for everything

My faith in Burdick Chevy service has been restored thanks to Allie Dean. She always gives me full details of repairs both before and after the work is done. She lets me know any mileage related needs, even advises of work I don’t need. A freezing 11 degrees on a Saturday morning and the driver side window to my Chevy Equinox was stuck down. After calling 5 repair shops including the original dealer who sold me my car, Burdick Chevrolet was the only shop that said bring the vehicle in today and we will atleast try and get the window up for you until you can get it repaired.nWhen I arrived, attention was fast and courteous - and the service manager said we are going to need to take the door panel off to pull the window up do you just want us to diagnose and fix the problem? ABSOLUTELY YES! They had the window repaired within 1.5 hrs and at a very reasonable price. As a special added value, they ran it through the car wash! I was so happy ... Burdick Chevrolet will always have my business from now on!!

Very helpful service advisor (Joe). Loaner vehicle offered when found you needed to keep car for a second day. Pleasant shuttle driver. Good handling of work on extended warranty plan so I did not have to pay. Brake work expensive but came in less than estimate and less than I expected -- good value. Car was washed and clean on return. Only negative test driver changed radio station and seat height and did not put them back.
