Amazing day today for my 84 year old mother! She purchased a beautiful new Camry from Burdick Toyota in North Syracuse, NY. Stephen Winchell, our salesperson, is a topnotch professional and treated us with care and respect. It was a pleasant experience all around. We were in and out of the dealership in no time (about a half hour!!!!!), and on the road to drive our new vehicle around town.nnThank you Steve for your superb expertise and care, and Burdick for being the best car place in town. This is my mother’s 5th Camry from your dealership. Burdick is the only place we will ever go for cars and service!

Our salesperson Steve was great! In the past with other dealerships, going car shopping was a chore and I expect the worst. When I came in from start to finish Steve helped us out and reassured us we would be taken care of. There is no haggling and they let you know the best they can do to meet your needs from a pricing perspective. I have never had a sales manager quote a price higher than the true market value.
