Awful. 0/10 recommend. Brought in for an inspection, on 2015 vehicle with NO ISSUES. I got a call that it would need over $2,700 worth of work to pass inspection. A long list of things that weren’t even near accurate, told them not to touch it and I went and picked it up because I knew better. They said my power steering fluid was completely empty, picked it up and checked it, it’s full. Said my front breaks were metal to metal, they’re basically brand new and I work from home, my car is not driven a lot, and making no noises when driven. Also said I would need a new rack & pinion which would take them 9 hours of labor to complete, I am aware that if this was true my car would be all over the road and making noises, which it is not. Yes, I did check with the mechanic that usually does the maintenance care on my car, and actually just went through it 2 days prior, none of this is true for my vehicle and I will not be returning to Chandlers Automotive in Cicero, NY. Not only are they trying to sell as much as possible whether you need it or not, I feel as though they’re taking advantage of the fact that I am a female, and were hoping I wouldn’t know better.. they might have 5 cent inspections but don’t let that fool you because they will find plenty of other things to try charging you for. Be careful.

Excellent service and honest, fair pricing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I walk out of here knowing I did not get taken.

Went in for an inspection and needed up being charged $600 for “problems with the control panel”. Two days later all the lights on my dash went on and I called to have them fix it they told me it would be another $600 and then went on to say there was damage on the undercarriage of my car and it should have never passed inspection even though they were the ones to pass it in the first place. I picked up my car and told them I didn’t want them “fixing” anything on it only for them to be very condescending and rude about everything being my fault. Safe to say I will never go here again save your money and go to BATTLES much better service there

I don't know a lot about cars and many auto repair places take advantage of this. Not so with Chandler. They explained everything in the repair/ maintenance process. That they took the time to educate me in the process was impressive. Chandler now has a new loyal customer.
