Wonderful helpful staff! Clean facility, easy to open an account with. Plenty of parking in the lot, and easy to get to since it’s right off the 481.nI wish there was more than two locations in the area!!
The branch is understaffed on Saturday. The teller was polite and professional at location. However, since there're other customers in line and he was the only teller and he'd need to call home office for information for me, we agree that he should help the others and can call me back later with the info, well, he never did that.
Teller very unfriendly. And when did tellers stop counting the money before they hand it to you?
