Was not impressed with the service I received today. I did not understand the issue that the teller was explaining to me - as it was a transaction I have successfully completed in the past no problem - she gave way to much attitude instead of providing a more thorough explanation of the problem. I would be mortified if one of my staff members exhibited these poor customer service skills to our clients. My staff is trained to treat everyone with kindness and help them find a way to better understand - not make them feel worse about themselves for not understanding something (especially from someone who was already having an emotionally difficult day - this rudeness was the cherry on top). Called the president of my company in regards to the issue and she expressed her dissatisfaction with the customer service at her branch as well....
Been with Key Bank many years and for some reason Danielle at the Brewerton Rd branch in Cicero, NY has never helped me with any issues in a favorable way. When I said I would close my account she simply said, sorry to hear that,so I went to another bank and will close my account as soon as my direct deposit starts at Chase Bank.
Another local bank and hey have other convenient locations throughout the area. Good staff and competitive banking options amongst other local competitors.
