Worst bank I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of having to work with. They will literally try and steal money from you. Go anywhere but community
This is a excellent Branch and Bank to do business with, the staff is Top Notch! I work in the Financial field and can tell you first hand Community Bank is the most efficient and friendly bank around. I trust them for My Personal banking needs.
If I could give them a zero I would. Bank is not open on the weekends at all and the online banking does not allow to set up automatic bill pay. Furthermore, the call center's hours are only 8:30-5 so if you have work, it is nearly impossible to speak with them.
Awful customer service.
