Jenna is the perfect example of customer service excellence. I have stored here for multiple years and it’s always been a headache. Since I have noticed the change of management, I must say I’m extremely pleased. I have had multiple interactions with her either in person or by phone and she’s always been so helpful, very honest and very pleasant and has an amazing mindset of “ Let’s get it done” or “ Let’s fix this now” attitude. Since change in management the office is never closed and if it is she advises you of her schedule- SHE RETURNS PHONE CALLS IMMEDIATELY and she has gone out of her way to help me multiple times. Now as for the building it is the cleanest I have ever seen it. There are no bugs or rodents. There is no garbage anywhere. Only thing you might have difficulty with is parking but overall I must say storing here has been worth it since Jenna has been here. Thank you to Jenna for all your hard work and dedication to your company and especially your customers.

Jenna was delightful and very attentive. She made the rental process very easy to understand and I felt very calm and pleased. Great customer service! Building is very clean and bright, easy to access. Parking can be difficult but overall great experience.

The customer service and assistance from the manager Jenna has been outstanding! We finally left our storage after years of being there and by far Jenna has been the most accommodating and understanding. She has done a great job of making sure we have always been comfortable there. For those looking to use storage, look no further and go straight to Jenna, she will accommodate you and help you through the entire process!

Came in to buy some moving supplies. Was greeted by Danielle and Jenna. Both girls are very well versed in the moving process and the best items for your move. They were very welcoming and outgoing from the start. They are very helpful girls who made my move much easier with their knowledge about products for my move. Will definitely be back for more as I slowly move along. Thank you Danielle and Jenna!

BIG THANKS to Jenna at this location. She was in the office taking others customers payments and she is the FIRST store I have come across since Covid where I actually witnessed someone taking the appropriate precautions. All customers were 6 feet apart and when they were finished doing what they came in to do she cleaned EVERYTHING directly after. First time I have ever witnessed this. She was articulate, friendly , and most of all concerned for her customers safety. PUBLIC STORAGE YOU HAVE A GEM!
