If you’re looking for a personalized, hands-on training experience, Centre Athletic is the place. The trainers are very knowledgeable and know how to efficiently bring you to meet your goals. As a horseback rider and horse trainer, they show me the best exercises to work the muscles that matter most to what I do. Great experience all around.

I had tried a few places in RVC that offered personal training as I didn’t know the right exercises that would help me. When I found Angelo and Team, I never looked back. I feel better than I ever have. The experience is hard work, but they take the time to get to know you so that it’s also fun. The people who go there are nice and respectful as well - no one is in competition with one another!nnOverall it’s awesome. I would highly recommend!!!

My experience training here far exceeds any other. Dago is an expert coach, like all the trainers, balancing challenging science-based training with traditional kick boxing regime in a welcoming environment. I have been able to tap into my past athleticism that lay dormant for years.

The workout I get with Angelo is exactly what I need he hears me and gives me what I want. I’ve trained with other trainers in the past and none compare. If I need advice he’s my source! I’ve gotten stronger and gained the muscle mass I wanted. I also witnessed amazing things he’s done with others.
