Its a very nice environment and have plenty of equipment for people to use without waiting for someone to be finished! Very nice job! Keep up the great work! Also would like to mention that now being opening up at 5am is very convient for those who would like to get the training on earlier is an adding bonus. Cant go wrong with retro fitness of freeport!

My wife and I have been members at this is gym when it was only one level and under construction! The staff is friendly and over the years the gym has improved. The lower level is a great addition. I would like to know what are the plan for reopening once the governor allows gyms to open?

My favorite gym in long island. I travel once or twice a week from queens just to workout here. A lot of great machines that you don’t see on other gyms. The staff are friendly and helpful especially to new members.nnThe reopening after the pandemic was a little meh compared to blink fitness, though. The rotating stickers that says “see you tomorrow” on some machines are a bummer if you workout every other day- the stickers will be back to where they were. I’d suggest a red or a “do not use” stickers on machines instead. People can just put those stickers right next to the machines they are using so they can workout and still follow social distancing guidelines. I think it’s better than making machines unavailable for a whole day. Also why not put the lockers you use to block the lockeroom outside so people can put their stuff in. I noticed a lot of people carrying bags because they don’t have a place to stash them.

I love the gym because I get to deadlift without people telling me I can't do it. They have all the things I need in a gym. Been coming here for a while and I like it.

I stopped by last week it’s a nice location. Great layout. Cardio equipment and exercise machines on the first floor and free weights in the basement. Only criticism I have is that stairs to basement is hidden by wall and exercise equipment. Not knowing the location it took me a while to find my way downstairs. Would be nice there was a sign directing to the lower level.
