Clean, polite thorough, very reasonable!!nnI have to update .... We walked then back to install some outdoor outlets for lighting and a water feature. I discussed with the owner when he gave me the estimate. After we agree on the join and my hubs and I discussed it, we wanted it slightly different.nSince the owner want on site during the visit, I told the technician our change. The owner said to do it the way it was quoted without discussing it with me so it was installed not as we wanted. When I brought this to the owners attention, he got a little testiy, esp when I asked why didn't he ask me about the change.nWhile the owner did make it right at his expense, I he's he dropped is as a customer and now we only use PRO-TECH. So much happier!!

Pro-tech is the best. They have done the basics (changing of light fixtures) to the most complicated jobs (heater/pump installation for our in ground pool and related work). Always efficient, great crew, super knowledgeable and their rates can’t be beat.

One of the worse companies around.nThe secretary, aka the wife of the owner takes messages and never delivers them or resolves any issues. Months after months of waiting for them to send someone to fix the problem they have created. So disappointed in them. They are awful.
