Mister Sparky of Nassau County

They replaced a bathroom fan they had originally installed but suddenly stopped working. Not only did they honor the warranty with no problem so there was no cost to us, but they did so with great service. The heater was a special order but they got it quickly and installed it on a day that was convenient for us. We have used Mr. Sparky for many years and are always pleased with them and their wonderful service people.

Tyler is awesome. He is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This is the second time I have hired Tyler and i highly recommend him.nnIn my third time working with Mister Sparky, they sent James who was outstanding. He figured out what the issue was, explained it to me and made the necessary repairs. James was very professional and is an expert in is field. Would definitely hire him again.

Jim Kayel was such a nice guy. He kept us updated on his progress so we would know when the electric will be turned off. He came with a mask and booties to cover his shoes which showed great respect. He was a pleasure to have at our house for 6 hours. Mister Sparky has a great office staff, everyone was so lovely to deal with.nI highly recommend using Mister Sparky of Nassau County.

Jim was absolutely an incredibly professional representation of your company.. Jim and James surveyed our pool installation with personal care, knowledge of their crafts and professionalism. With Jim on the survey and James on the install, it went without one hitch. James is truly an asset as well with his proficiency and execution of the task at hand. It was a hot day to endure doing this job and he saw it to the end. Your customer service department was super efficient as well.There is no doubt that I would recommend or use Mister Sparky's service again due to the two gentlemen who provided a class survey and service.
