7-Eleven

I have been visiting this store almost every morning for the last 20 plus years. I've seen owners and staff come and go, but for the last year or so I can say the customer service have improved considerably. The overnight crew, particularly Tom, is courteous and responsive to the needs of the customers. Tom always greet his customers with a good morning in English or Spanish, and with a smile, making you feel welcome. I tried the other stores in the area, but this one is by far my favorite because of its friendly staff, and of course fresh coffee and goodies that help me start the day the right way. Keep up the good work and service!

Today at 440pm Aug 25 2020 in freeport I was racially profiled and accused of stealing! This is unacceptable and I need action to take place.....its no way the employees that racially profiled me should go without any consequences

Went in for a morning cup of tea and they didn't have the regular brand of Lipton tea. I had to settle for the store brand. I filled my cup with the hot water from the coffee machine and the water tasted like nasty tap water. Ruined my morning commute.nOn a good note the customer service was friendly..

Convenient and has an Amazon pickup station.

I went into this store thos.morning to put hot water in a large cup I owned. The owner of the store stood close by and as I was leaving he rushed me.out of the store saying that I cannot.come.i there to get hot water and.I should stay away.nThis man is Hindi. He is from East India. His wife has a red.dot on her forehead.nI am a Black woman. College educated.nI grew up in this town.i worked at the 7 eleven close by on Sunrise and I know it's not the policy of 7 eleven. I think its a horrendous practice and he should have a business on Hillside Avenue in Jamaica Queens instead where the community is.hos own people.
