Would get 5 stars if they had enough staff

Sales women couldn’t help me at self check out. First I clicked help. She has sitting on the floor. Looked and acted high . She told me the coupon of 2 dollar bucks couldn’t be honored.nIt wasn’t found in the self check out. The coupon the recent. The scanner wasn’t scanning the coupon. The bar code was there still just wasn’t working.

Total apathy and deception with customers. I’ve been straight up lied to in order to just get me to go away. Terrible. The pharmacy needs Henry back. He was a gentleman and compassionate but transferred to Freeport.

The pharmacy within this CVS location at 598 Merrick Rd, Rockville Centre is beyond awesome! There is one gentleman pharmacist in particular, his name is Henry, that is very informative, efficient, and courteous. I wish I was this enthusiastic about my work. The whole pharmacy team there, in fact, is a pleasure to deal with. I am so glad I switched from my previous pharmacy and transferred my scripts here. My wife and I just got our flu shots from this CVS and thank you Henry for sharing your expertise and time with us.
