Workers are half asleep. If you looking to get your passport pictures taken go somewhere else.

I went there to pick up a prescription and I was appalled at the lack of professionalism by the Pick-up & phone staff. The Pharmacist, an Asian woman woman was very professional, informative& courteous. The prescription pick up area was unmanned for quite awhile. The man finally returned & he was rude & nasty to me, and other customers on the line with me. CVS always seems to hire lowlifes, even now with so many out of work, except for the Pharmacist, the four on staff were loud, coarse & rude. Never going back!

The pharmacy doesn't even deserve one star. I pick up the same three prescriptions for my mother every month, and every month there is an issue. I wait on line for 20 min. because they have one cashier working the pharmacy in the evening. Then they've either charged me too much or given me the wrong number of pills. So I go speak to the pharmacist who is busy, so this takes another 20 min. Then I have to go and wait for it to be refilled and/or rebilled. It takes an hour to get three prescriptions. All the while other customers are complaining. I don't get my prescriptions there, but my mother is set in her ways and won't change pharmacies.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would! Horrible pharmacy! I came in over 4 times (between 2 days) to try to pick up pain medicine from a procedure I had. First they lied and told me they never received it. Then they told me they did receive the prescription but kept telling me to come back in 30 minutes. 30 minutes came and went several times! Disorganized. I understand if you're understaffed but set realistic expectations. You are messing with people's well being. Disgrace. Never coming back to this location!

Pharmacy line is super slow every visit. Only one person at pickup. Going to go woth a local pharmacist next time . For a multibillion dollar company CVS cant afford better customer service? Been waiting for 40 minutes when they said the wait would be 10 minutes this time.
