Just ordered the “Milestone” for my husband. Ordered Friday, and arrived Tuesday. Came well packaged and on a hanger. Beautiful quality and impressed by the craftsmanship. Great value. Highly recommend.

Customer service just don't respond. Issue still isn't really sorted. The only time I received any reply was thanks to whoever runs their Instagram account who chased up the customer services team. Even then the replies I received were blunt and didn't respond to/address the questions and issues I raised.nnJacket I received is faulty / factory seconds, multiple faults but I don't see how I can resolve the issue when they don't respond.nnThey also appear to only post the positive reviews on their products which is misleading. Quality is very poor, holes in the leather & inconsistencies throughout in stitching and fabric thickness. I'd avoid this company.

I first heard about First Mfg Co. from a buddy that has a pair of Chaps from them that he bought from a local Harley dealership. I started doing some research on this Co. and found they are located in Oceanside N.Y.. So I went down to there store. I met the owner Bobby when I first walked in and he made my buying experience so easy and friendly. Such a nice guy and easy to talk with. I was able to get a great pair of Chaps for a very reasonable price. The belt was a little to long and I need more adjustment holes. Bobby suggested the seamstress in the warehouse could fix my issue and she absolutely did. Thank you Rosa for the quick fix. If your looking for a nice leather coat, riding coat, pants, vest, gloves, belts, rain gear, etc. FIRST MFG CO. has you covered. Thanx again Bobby!!!

Fabulous customer service! Beautiful quality vest. We received several email updates about where the vest was in the build process which was awesome. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. We will most definitely order again.

I ordered one of the Limited Edition vests and waited a week with no movement on shipping. Finally got an email that the size I ordered was not available. I emailed back asking about a different size. no response. I called and was told the vest is longer available. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 2-3 days to process. After waiting 3 days with no refund, I call and talk to the same person. The order had not been cancelled. I got heated and asked for a manager. was told he was not available. Well, within 5 minutes I get a call that the order is cancelled and money refunded. Should not come to that. Also, you can go their website and the vest is still listed and you can add all sizes to your cart. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! only reason it is one star, have to choose one
