Love this place, so personable and excellent service/customer service. Skylar and Ryan are so informative. Prices are great too. Highly recommend Karp for great upkeep on your Volvo! I recently brought a Volvo from Karp and I'm writing today to express high praise for the salesman, Andrew Ortega, and the manager, Alex Rodriguez. Both gentleman are the definition of professionalism to the utmost. They displayed honestly, full transparency, congeniality, and compassion. It just wasn't about selling a car. They both genuinely cared about the individual first and foremost. Selling the vehicle was an afterthought and a darn good one at that. A big thank you to Jonathan for helping me lease my new XC40. Everyone was helpful and kind during the process. Jonathan was patient and It was easy to see how knowledgeable he was regarding the car/brand. This was my first lease with Volvo and he made It really easy for us. He was extremely personable as well!!

Just picked up our 2021 Volvo XC40 from Johnathan Hernandez. I highly recommend coming down and working with him very smooth and detailed purchase.
