Leased a beautiful 2021 Trailblazer for my daughter yesterday. My husband and I worked with George F. who made this car leasing experience one of our best and easiest most pleasurable ones to date. My salesperson was Jose and he was amazing!!! He was polite , friendly, and professional! He showed an amazing interest and care about helping me decide on the right vehicle for me! When I couldn’t get to the dealership to see another option I was considering he BROUGHT THE VEHICLE TO ME TO SEE!! I have been buying Chevy since 1992 through different dealerships and never has anyone gone this above and beyond like this to ensure a great experience!! And Terri the finance manager was also amazing! She was personable and genuine and very comfortable to work with! She made sure the numbers were exactly what I expected...no surprises! We go there for oil change as they always have a good deal. Usually they are fast and respect the appointments. If you go in the morning, there is a free breakfast ;), the lobby is clean and comfortable. Restrooms are clean also. I removed one star because I had a broken back windshield and I had to keep calling them several times for a week but they didn't get back to me until 3 weeks later, by then I had already gotten it fixed at another place. They must have been very busy, so no hard feelings anymore. Overall a reliable place for oil change.
I just recently traded in my Chevy Colorado for a Chevy Equinox. It was truly a wonderful experience. José the salesman, as well as Mike, the finance manager were beyond patient and accommodating with what I needed financially and what I was looking for. The process was smooth, and there were no hidden fees or anything like that. They are truly some of the best professionals I have worked with in leasing or financing a new car, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for their next car, come here!!!
