Polite, nice, honest, ‏clean and quick. Came for an oil change and spring and shock check. The service was impeccable. My advisor was Danny who was very informative. Shai the manager made sure that I was taken care of right away, and when he saw that the repairs would take time he offered me a loaner car so I would not be inconvenienced. I would certainly use them again and recommend this establishment for those who own Cadillac cars for any service needs.

Excellent service. The moment you walk in you are treated to excellent service in a professional manner. Everyone that I have interacted with in this dealership is a true professional. The service people are so nice and DONT try to oversell repairs. The work is done quick and efficiently.

Paul Conte Cadillac dealership is a great place to buy a car. The salesperson Danny was great to work with. His manager Frank was also very helpful. It's my second car leased from them . I will be back.

My experience at this dealership was amazing. From deciding on which vehicle I should lease to the completing of the paperwork. Keith was terrific and extremely professional. The entire experience was the most pleasant I ever had with a dealership. When I received the car it was prepped perfectly and Keith went over all the features of my new cadillac. Love my XT5 and so glad I decided to visit Paul Conte Cadillac and connect with Keith!!
