I had the pleasure of working with David Ayuso Jr. and experience was excellence. He was able to work with my budget and got me to the down payment and monthly cost that was comfortable for me. The whole experience went smoothly. I would recommend calling ahead of time and booking an appointment.
My wife and I have been coming here for years. The service is always exceptional and they always go out of there way to make sure they address any issues. All of the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful.
Had a great first experience. I’m still under warranty so I had my 30k courtesy service done here and everything was smooth and easy. They have Valet in the front so you just drop your car off and wait inside - they hooked me up with a nice loaner (2020 ES350) and 4 hours later they called me that my car was serviced and good to go! Returning the loaner was easy and I was out of there quickly with my car! No complaints at all. I hope every service in the future with them is just as smooth.
I brought my car in for normal routine care. I expressed to the service advisor issues I wanted to address and everything was taken care of within a reasonable time frame. Although I am not always pleased with the cost factor, my safety and vehicle reliability out rank the money I have to spend.
