Recently we stopped by return lease and get a new car. No one even approached us nor offered any assistance till we started asking. Took 30 min to sales person sitting at desk without any customers to notice us. We had to ask them. Just wanted to swipe for same exact car even with less features and as usual they pumped-up the lease price for 30+% as well as downpayment. Worse experience I had with a leasing a new car.

Sean and Jason were very helpful and accommodating in helping me make a deal on a vehicle. I wasn’t too pleased with another dealership and Sean gave me a great price and was very transparent on the lease on a higher model car. I truthfully wasn’t even looking at that model until he provided me with the lease information. He made the experience very pleasant. Thanks again. Will definitely return for future leases.

I have been to the Mini of Freeport service center twice now and both times have been great. My Advisor was Tracey Geraci and I always felt well informed and never pressured. Car is always returned with washed mats, vacuumed, and washed. No complaints.

I am very pleased and thankful for the service I was provided. The place is wonderful and Jason and Shawn were amazing. Jason made sure I left happy,He did everything to bring me back and get me in to the car I wanted. Amazing place and an amazing deal. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!!

Peter is such a great salesperson. Nowadays, I don't really like talking on the phone. I prefer e-mail since everything is in writing. No he said, she said. I told Peter this when we first test drove the Countryman and he understood. I kept in contact with him for a week and he answered all my questions. The longest he took to answer was a day and I understood, most of the time he answered in a few hours. A week after I test drove the car, I picked it up. That's how much I appreciated the service and care Peter gave. He wasn't pushy, gave me the information I wanted and needed, and replied quickly and favorably. This gives me the peace of mind that Freeport will continue to take care of me when my car needs servicing.
