This was my first visit to BMW of Freeport was a pleasant one. Robert was very friendly and treated me and my mom with a warm welcome. The lounge was very clean and relaxing. The wait was longer than expected, but maybe because it was busy day.. I was happy with the service and the fact that they even cleaned my car. I will highly recommend. I live in Brooklyn but I will drive that far again for quality service!

Joseph Pagan is my service advisor at BMW Freeport. He provides great client service & I enjoy working with him. He is always attentive & it’s apparent he’s knowledgeable and concerned about his clients. It’s clear he works to provide them with the best client experience possible. Taking your car for service can be a frustrating event, but that’s not been the case since I’ve been working with him. Joseph, thanks for all you do! It’s greatly appreciated.

It’s always a pleasure to have my truck serviced by the BMW Service Dept. The service advisors’ are all so friendly and polite. I have the most amazing service advisor, Kevin. He is very thoughtful, patient and so professional. His customer service skills is top notch. It’s so obvious that the BMW brand take their business very seriously because they have an excellent support team in customer service and in their choice of mechanics. My visits to Freeport BMW Service Dept is always such an amazing and refreshing experience.

We have purchased three prior BMWs but never shopped at this dealership. This was by far our best car buying experience ever. Very professional dealership. No haggling. Great upfront price. (Substantially better price than two other local BMW dealerships.) Our salesperson, Carlo, responded promptly to any questions or concerns that we had while waiting for delivery and after delivery of our car. (The X5 we ordered arrived before the estimated delivery date.) If you are shopping for a BMW, definitely check out this dealership. (There are three other BMW dealerships that are closer to us.) It is worth your time!

It was truly a pleasure working with Joanna. She was knowledgeable, supportive, and very low pressure. She listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and even though I thought I knew exactly what I wanted she was able to suggest a vehicle that was an even better fit. Joanna was super responsive and diligent in following up with me. Honestly, I felt like I was working with a close friend who wanted what was best for me! I also got an incredible deal that beat other dealerships, including other BMW dealerships.
