I always feel like I've gone on a mini vacation after my time at this gym.
Great workout, very challenging, with great explanations & instructions. Facility is top-notch!
I am 76 years old recovering from cancer. My trainers have been devoted to my recovery with an exercise circuit program to insure I'm staying on track, encouragement with knowledge and pushing just hard enough to get me through. Their devotion to their craft and knowledge has been inspirational. Their wall of winners is representative or their broad appeal to everyone interested in succeeding regardless of age. By the way, i was one if thenfirst members when they opened and was cancer free. When going through treatment my trainers and doctors endorsed my continued commitment to Temple Fitness's program.
Great gym for all fitness levels. Trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. I've been a member at several other gyms and this one is by far my favorite!
This gym is the best gym. Their trainers work with you through any struggles you may be having. If you have a goal, they are there to help you achieve it. I never imagined a gym could be so caring about every person working out there! Way to go Temple Fitness!
