You need to come here ! This is an awesome place to be encouraged and live a healthy lifestyle. The owner is awesome and the staff is on their game. They greet everyone and maintain all the equipment. I will continue to go because of the people, atmosphere and how safe I feel when I'm there.
Curves in Twin Lakes is a great place to work out. I have been a member for almost three years. I am feeling better than ever! The exercise routine is a quick, but effective, 30 minute workout. The members are all sizes and all ages (I am 71). No one cares what you look like. The staff and members are encouraging and fun. Come on in, give it a try. You have nothing to lose and a better body to gain.
