Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

I have gone here several times. I am a fan of their pizza with the old fashioned pepperoni. But the lose stars on their fish fry. We got it twice in the last couple months. In both cases a take out. The first time they forgot the roll and tarter sauce. I was already home so I just ignored it and luckily I had stuff to make my own at home. The food was pretty good.nWe took a second shot at it. This time I actually paid a dollar or whatever it was to get extra tarter sauce figuring this way they couldn't forget. Well, the remembered the regular order of tarter but didn't put the extra in the bag. Not only that but no coleslaw. We got the roll but no coleslaw. Again, I was already home but I was pretty aggravated. I called and explained both instances... all I got was....we can send someone out to you in 10 or 15 minutes with it. The fish was already almost room temperature and I just hung up. Honestly, they should have refunded my credit card for at least a portion of my order. I am not looking for free food.....but I was just very disappointed in the food/store/customer service.

The last two times I've ordered here it's been on a Friday night and it's been totally chaotic. Missing orders, incorrect orders, and super long wait times. They really need to figure out a better process or train employees better. Hoping they figure it out because I really like this place

We ordered three things ...nnFirst the thin thin pizza says its on wheat dough ... it was a wheat tortilla gross! It should say that in the description.nnThe second thing was the fish fry. We ordered extra tarter sauce and PAID for it. When we picked up our order we were told no tarter sauce. I would have expected a call so we could have the option of changing our order. Especially since we ordered extra. I don't know about you, but I don't eat a fish fry without tarter sauce, so it went in the garbage.nnThe third was the garbage plate was ok. That's the only reason this gets 2 stars and not 1.

Pizza is pretty good here and employees are always nice. Only complaint is that when I pay for extra toppings (I usually order extra cheese) sometimes they don't put extra on, but still charge me for it. Other than that, spot on.
