The new owner, Timothy Mayer, continues to advertise the business under the ownership of his predecessor. This is a libel upon the previous owner, with whom I worked successfully for over 5 years. The new owner is disorganized, insulting, and hostile to a veteran customer. Tried to charge me a new set-up fee for templates already paid for and used.nnNow using a competitor's services. Competitor is competent, congenial, and charges less than half of what the Embroidery Loft collects.
