My father died in early October and I was able to speak with Kristin Jonsson once the week he died. Over the next 2 1/2 weeks, my emails and phone calls were completely ignored. Extremely frustrated, I called the office and demanded a return call. Instead I received a rude email from Mr. Jonsson, scolding me for being rude to her staff.
