I called to ask the pharmacist a question about the availability of a medication. I was put on hold twice and when the pharmacist did get on the phone she was laughing while I was asking questions and just overall rude. I have spoken to the same pharmacist in person who gave me a hard time about picking up a 30 day prescription saying that it had to be picked up on the 30th of each month. I tried to explain to her that there were less than 30 days in some months (28) and more in others (31) so a 30 day script would not always be filled on the same day...she did not understand this which is concerning. I’d rather drive an extra 7-10 miles to have prescriptions filled than deal with rudeness and incompetence.

Absolutely the worst customer service from the pharmacy! They take forever to process prescriptions, and rarely notify you that they are ready. Their automated phone system is a joke and all around customer service from the employees is completely missing. They need to go back to Rite Aid, never did my family or I have the issues we have had since Walgreens has taken over.

The pharmacy is horrible. They never have my prescriptions ready after I call them in.
