Christine is very pleasant to deal with and she has gotten me some excellent returns.

A decent experience if you can get past the often negative atmosphere.

H & R Block has always been my go to place for handling taxes, however this particular location in Carthage messed up my husbands taxes & kept his stimulus and while giving us the run around always claiming to call back and never actually do, they failed to do anything about it every time we actually walked in office they try to brush it off as our fault even though we corporated and completed every step & task we were told and when we try to follow up they obviously had no idea how to fix it or what to do about it and so out last attempt at fixing this we were given an obviously rehersed speech saying oh well whats done is done.
