Super rude. Stood around waiting for over 30 mins after already asking the lady to pull 2 pairs of shoes in my size it was about 10 mins from closing when i finally took my stuff to the check out line and once again asked for her to pull the shoes i was just gunna buy them and if they didnt end up fitting exchange them later but the lady told me no i couldnt buy the shoes but i could by the rest because she needed to close i brought up the fact i had been waiting cor her to pull them for over 30 mins she stated she knew but she has to close so i told her no thank you im not going to buy anything but i wanted her managers number. She gave me some fake number that wouldnt even go through.

This used to be a great store with quality clothing at great prices with friendly employees. Now, everything is fairly pricey and poor quality. I recently visited the store. When trying to get into a fitting room, I had to search for the enployee who was sitting behind a sign busy on her phone. I purchased two thin sweaters for about $35 (which isn’t too terrible of a price). After wearing one of the sweaters (it was black), I noticed it had dyed my skin black! I went through great lengths to get the dye off my skin. Keep in mind, their sales are final and do not accept returns. I will not be shopping at this retail store anymore.
