Beautiful, rustic campground. Very quiet due to no electric. Great place for down time. If you camp here, take the trail that starts at the park and leads to Bug Lake. It's a easy and beautiful hike.

Lovely place, nice large sites, friendly staff, good price. Took our kids (age 3 and 4) tent camping for the first time here, and they loved it. Many folks we talked to have been coming here for 20, 30, even 60 years! We definitely hope to come back.nnHere are some things we wish we had known:n* There is no cell service. This is great for disconnecting, but be sure you've made your reservations and gathered all the information you need before you get there. You have to travel to the town of Inlet to get service.n* Bathrooms are kept clean (toilets and sinks), but they are camping bathrooms: buggy, smelly, no paper towels. Showers are in a different building, and there are fewer of them.n* Bikes are super helpful!n* No water or electric at the site. Our closest water was just over site over (access is pretty frequent, every few campsites). We brought a 5 gallon collapsible water jug. The water tastes good!n* Bears! Be prepared to pack up your food inside the car or camper whenever you're not there as well as at night.nnEnjoy!

We were at site 105a. It's definitely one of the more private sites but we had to buy some tapestries to hide the light shining on us from the restroom. Also, the workers at the campground were not very friendly or helpful. We asked about firewood or local secret places to visit...no advice or recommendations. No waves or smiles as we walked through the campground....just kinda meh...

Really enjoyed the fall foliage at this park. Only complaint was not being able to run our inverted generator as our camper draws off our battery. Looking forward to going back next year

Clean campground with meh bathrooms. The bathrooms near camping sites have no showers. The sites on the lake, 112-118 are very nice. 116 is a gem.
