Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. I bought a work jacket on 3/5 and felt pretty good about it. The employee was nice and helpful. Came home, read the washing instructions and proceeded to wash it inside out on the gentle cycle. Line dry only so no dryer.nThere was damage from just washing and tried to return it on 3/6, today. I was told I couldn't return it because it was damaged. Duh! There is no return policy in the store or receipt.nSergio the employee was nice but did nothing. I'm filing other complaints so hopefully it will get resolved in one way or another.nBuyer beware! No returns on poor quality merchandise. I do not recommend Five(One) Star Workwear.
